Terrible Customer Service

This is the third time that I have had an issue with Customer Service with Courier IT. I get an sms in the morning that delivery has been scheduled on a day. In the afternoon, I call to find out where it is and I am told that delivery was attempted and no-one was present. No attempt to call me. The last time, this happened 3 times and I only got my parcel because I had to drive to them to collect my parcel. That essentially defeats the purpose of a courier service. I have dealt with other courier companies before. They usually notify the day before, to book a delivery time, sms on the day with a delivery time, and call just before they come over. The communications from Courier IT leave a lot to be desired.
