Terrible customer service

This courier service has terrible customer service, Firstly they attempt to deliver my parcel to my work address on a weekend, secondly they send an sms lying that the driver is bringing the parcel since monday the 30th November. On the 1st of December, the driver advised he will be on campus to deliver my parcel after 16h00 and advised he will be on campus in 20 minutes and never pitched or called. I am still waiting for the parcel till today. Terrible service, i would not recommend it to anyone.
