Terrible courier service

What a terrible service from this courier company. I ordered from adidas online and my order was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 24th of March but till today 4 days later the parcel hasn’t arrived and they don’t even bother updating me. When calling them they don’t answer. Unfortunately they are ruining the reputation of the companies that source them to deliver.

I’m disgusted!!!
