Terrible accountability and service

We are a business who supplies to takealot. We have had multiple service delivery issues with courier it with non booking of deliveries to takelaot. Although we have complained and escalated this matter, nothing seems to come of it . The problem is ongoing and we have lost a significant amount of business. Not only that, we are still expected to pay on full for these items which are now late deliveries and hence cancelled which we now have to repay to be brought back to Cape Town. They should be removed fro takelaot as a service provider and will be escalating this matter to them as well.
