Telkom order Parcel

so *********** they can not even answer my calls I've been trying to get hold of them for a week now tracking my parcel but no lucky but their driver Nkosinathi Given Thubane keep saying my number is unbelievable when he give the report on my order how is that possible if they are able to send messages to notify me they are coming with the parcel this courier company is worse zero customer service and they are so rude to their customers.I think telkom need to find someone else who can do the job better than courierit.I don't recommend them to anyone they are so bad zero zero customer service and I wish their shareholders may come to this comment
