TCAPVT004285 - Please help!

05 October 2020 received a call from CourerIT they were following up on a package that was collected on the 26 August 2020. I called them back on the 15 October 2020 to follow up on whether or not the package was received and what the progress is on the case only to be told that they are still working on the issue I will be informed once it's concluded.

What frustrates me the most is within one company a package was collected and returned to them and no one is able to advise how far they are on the case.

This is adding unnecessary stress as Telkom is also not giving me any answers on how long it will take to resolve this issue of a missing router.
