Super Disappointing

My parcel arrived at the CourierIt branch 11 days ago. I have phoned multiple times and sent multiple emails to try find out why it is taking so ridiculously long to schedule my delivery. I have been promised multiple days of delivery which never end up being kept and their customer service is terrible at getting back to you. Really beyond frustrated at this point as I still await for my parcel.
