STILL WAITING...

<p>I paid for a package to be delivered asap in GP and have been receiving promising e-mails from CourierIT stating that my package is in transit, etc. but it has a Cape Town contact number. I called the number around 10:00 and was told it will be delivered by 11:00. We changed our pre-arranged plans and waited for the driver... he never pitched. I then cAllee the Cape Town branch and a lady in the contact center checked the route etc of the vehicle only to tell me in the end only the GP branch can help! So unfortunate I didn't take the name of this "pleasant" person. Let's hope calls are recorded so she can be identified!</p>
