Slowest and worst courier ever.

I am still waiting for my delivery (today is Friday) that should have been here Monday already. Every day I call in and they have some other excuse why it hasn't been delivered and then they reschedule. Every time I wait the entire day for them, not going out anywhere which is extremely inconvenient because I'm told my parcel will be delivered. I make sure to look out for them all the time, every car that drives into our cul de sac I hear and look out the window to make sure it's not them. They tell me the courier attempted to deliver it 3 times already which is a lie because I know when a car comes in my street and I've been waiting, looking, calling and nobody has arrived even once to deliver my parcel. This is starting to get ridiculous, I don't know what else to do to receive my parcel. The next day for delivery is now only Monday, that is 1 week from when I should have received and who knows if I'll even get it on Monday? So much for overnight delivery! I wouldn't use or recommend using Courierit to anyone, not if you want to receive your delivery.
