Should change name to *****-It !

Order package from Zando and Courierit delivered to the wrong address on Monday, despite numerous requests from Zando to pick up the package from wrong address and re-deliver it myself, they have ignored us and not got hold of me once. When I finally got hold of customer service today (Wednesday) they advised they are only going to collect package today and will deliver it to me tomorrow, no apologies, no sense of urgency, worst service I have ever received!
