Shocking service

If I could leave a zero rating, I would. Never have I come across such incompetence in my life. They have one job - get parcels delivered and after about 7 days of receiving a message saying that "your parcel is out for delivery - Please ensure you are available at given address", I have now given up and made peace with the fact that I won't be receiving it.

As for Monique, she says she'll call you back multiple times, and not ONCE has she delivered on her promise. It's shameful and shocking service! I'm at the point that I'm prepared to get in my car and drive to fetch the parcel from them, so I'm actually now acting as my own courier!!!
