Shocking Service

Absolutely shocking service! Driver collected my parcel from the shipper on the 19th of August however managed to lose the parcel, proceeds to blatantly lie about having collected the parcel when I have the signed manifest from the shipper clearly indicating that he DID collect my parcel. Called the tracking department 4 times on Friday to find out what is going on with no feedback at all, no one even bothers to come back to you. Called again on Saturday and the lies just continued, something Monday & today, Wednesday. Still waiting for the tracking department to call me back advising that they have contacted the shipper to dispatch a replacement parcel. Clearly their "I will call in back in 2 minutes means you will never hear from me again! The staff attitude is absolutely DISGUSTING! The service from CourierIT is absolutely appalling! It is absolutely shameful that certain companies simply do not care about customer service! SHOCKING & UTTERLY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
