Shocking level of service

Absolutely shocking service. They don’t answer their phones and then when they do answer they just hang up. Parcel was meant to arrive with me today and hasn’t, there answer “I’m sorry it will only leave the depot tomorrow” no answers as to why, no trying to solve the problem...

Receptionist at Durban took a personal call on her cellphone whilst on the call to me, she also told me that in future I must take names of whom I spoke to previously in order for them to help... YOU SHOULD RATHER KEEP THIS RECORDED, NOT ME!!

Ops manager was absolutely useless and after me begging to please speak to someone of higher authority he hung up on me!
