Shocking Delivery and Customer Service!!

<p>A over-night parcel meant for delivery in Pietermaritzburg, ends up in Bloemfontein. How is this even possible.?? To make matters worse, the lady that answers the phone on ********** is rude, unhelpful and simply says that I should call back on Monday. Furthermore, she was reluctant to give out her supervisors numbers or that of her Managing Director saying that they don't work on Saturdays. She unfortunately could also not tell me where my parcel is.....</p> <p>I will NEVER EVER us your services again. Whats more is that I will tell everyone I know not to use your service either. You have not only let me down, but my son that needed this parcel for a project that needed to be handed in today.</p> <p>The lack of service, accompanied by attitude from your staff is absolutely shocking!!</p>
