Shady, rude and unprofessional service.

I have never received such pathetic service. Been waiting for parcel and the driver lies to say I'm uncontactable when no one called me. When I call their offices to complain they hang up the phone on me and when they finally decide to hear me out, they tell me that my area is high risk that is why they is a 3 day delay in delivery. What a joke of a company, very unprofessional, shady and rude as hell.
