Service not delivered

For the last 2 weeks expecting a delivery from this organization, no sense of urgency, this person by the name of PHILANI SHEZI who suppose to deliver not showing any commitment. I was informed that they will call and no call from his and excuse was I am in danger zone because it is Soweto. for Waybill number BLCSO2520. I am not happy with how this delivery has been handled. Maybe a way to keep it until it is lost . Management please intervene.
