Service is a Joke!

My delivery was placed on Thursday morning, and I was told I would receive my item by Friday. It's Monday, no one bothered to call me, so I called myself. Only to find out my item will only arrive Tuesday. Again, no one bothered to even contact me to advise the delay. When I asked the call centre lady to put me through to a supervisor, I was put on "hold" but could hear them laughing and joking, quite clearly not putting me through to anyone and making me wait for no reason. Your company values are a joke. Your service is shocking. Will never recommend you to anyone.
