Rude delivery guy

the delivery guy was super rude, he did not want me to provide the right proof of address upon delivery because I printed the wrong proof of residence, H e was like I wasted enough time for him he has other deliveries to make and I must call head office for another delivery and turned away with my TELKOM parcel. I really do not understand why Telkom still using COURIERIT even today. I am now without my parcel and It was a gift for my wife because they could not wait for less than 2 minutes to print the right proof of address.
