Rude, arrogant DRIVER!!!

I am due for a delivery from Telkom and requested my parcel be delivered on Monday after 12 midday due to meetings. On Friday I got a call from the Courieit driver (Joseph Moses Mautla) asking where am I. As I tried to explain what I had requested, he was very rude towards me and ended up hanging up on me I called through the company to lay a complaint, later in the day I was called by a gentleman asking me detaisl of what transpired. He was very apologetic, noted my request for Monday delivery time and promised that the same driver will not be sent back to me Monday after my meeting I get a message that Courierit was at my offices to deliver. I then phoned through immediately to check what was happening as I expected it after 12. The consultant then contacted the driver to come back and was told he will come back. I called a few more times and was told he would be back at least before 4pm I called again at 4:30 and was told the driver said he wont be able to make. When I checked on the notification sent by Courierit, it was the same arrogant driver who was rude to me on Friday and was promised he would be changed. I feel his action were deliberate His attitude sucks and this time around he never even called me on my cellphone but went through straight to reception only to be told I was in a meeting This companies service sucks, not organised and absolutely shocking customer service The consultant Thembi Mfuphi that I last spoke to suggested I rather come and collect the parcel myself which I will do than deal with an uncontrollable arrogant driver who has no manners at all. I will be wasting my petrol now because Couriet poor service!!!!!
