Rude and *********** staff and terrible courier service.

Stay away from this terrible business. Rude, unhelpful, *********** staff. Liesel called herself a supervisor but yells at her customer and refuses to assist. Packages go missing, i struggled for 9 days to retrieve a package. Called far too many times daily and reached rude, unskilled staff. Tracking id says out for delivery but calling the contact number only to be placed inhold for 30 mins at a time and then they inform they found the package in the warehouse but its listed as out for delivery. The level of incompetence is astounding.
