Such pathetic customer care from Courier It in Durban. Been trying to track a parcel of mine from Telkom for the passed two days. When I call, I get bounced from one department to another until someone picks up & drops the call. I've missed two important meetings due to having to wait at home for the parcel to arrive. It's my bad luck that Telkom uses Courier It because if I had my way, I would stay away from this company altogether.
