******* hidden charges

I am so shocked this morning by Courierit! They wanted to charge me an additional R455 , not even the basic delivery charge for a delivery of a 500gms small parcel from Fish Hoek main road to Bishopscourt 20 mins away claiming that I live in a rural place?!!!! Fish Hoek is really very arguably in the main city zone, even if we do have a nice beach!!! Last week they took 11 days to deliver an order booked overnight to central Johannesburg. I swallowed their excuse that it is during the lock-down so service is slower than usual but now this is the last straw!
