Returned parcel

I have made application for Telkom 160GB for R199 per month on Tuesday this week I received a message that my SIM card is with Currierit and it will be delivered in 1 to 2 days when I phone yesterday for update they told me my parcel has been returned this is despite the fact that I gave them proof of address. I don't know why they didn't deliver.
