Receiving the most pathetic service from Courier IT and their “consultant” Jenny De Wet.

I have been a customer for over 2 years but I have been assigned the most reactive consultant (which I have requested to be changed ASAP). Booked a parcel via Pargo on Courier IT site on 28 August. It should take about 5 business days maximum. I’ve used this service via courier IT numerous times. No parcel parcel delivered right up until 17 Sept. On 18 Sept I try to track parcel. No info. System shows msgs as “warning” turns out the delivery vehicle was hi jacked. NO ONE calls or emails to advise me as a customer that this is what happened. I have to send screenshots of tracking page to them and thereafter they say oh the vehicle has been hijacked. Send off another parcel which they bill me for (still waiting for a credit note). No delivery or tracking into TO DATE! It is the 21 Oct and no parcel delivered or able to be tracked as Jenny or anyone at Courier IT cannot provide me with a tracking number. They day the parcel has reached its destination (Clicks Ballito) but with Pargo you need a pin to release it. You guessed it... No pin can be provided so the parcel cannot be claimed by the recipient. Pathetic service and lazy consultant who need to be called and emailed daily. No responses. No feedback until you start to throw some toys. Not the way to do business and certainly not on to waste peoples time and effort because you cannot do your job as you should. Lazy, reactive and *********** staff at Courier IT. I just want some info that on a parcel that I have been BILLED TWICE FOR. How hard is that? You don’t email for a week so they don’t come back to you. You email daily, no one replies. How can someone not become this frustrated!

As per the words of Jenny De Wet over the last 7 weeks: “I’m out of the office, I was off sick for 2 days, I don’t know, how must I know, well it’s not our fault we were hijacked”
