Really bad service

Really bad service. No urgency and no care about customer service. These guys have no clue how to keep their costumers happy. After waiting a whole day for my delivery I was told, late the afternoon that they don't service my area on the day the parcel was supposed to be delivered. The next day I get an sms in the morning hours stating that the driver is on his way (probably from Cape Town to Johannesburg) and he only pitches just before 17:00.
