Rather use a tortoise to deliver a parcel

The worst service provided I have ever dealt with! My cell phone was supposed to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. It has loaded in and out of the vehicle so many times, according to the tracking of the parcel. If it is not the Route that changed, it is the driver having vehicle trouble or delivery delayed! This since 15 July 2022! Maybe it will be delivered by tortoise!
