<p>I have been waititng for my parcel for over a week, The driver that was supposed to deliver it came to my office, he was asked to wait 5mins for me because I was a bit busy with something. He left saying he'd be back in 10mins. I tried calling customer care and they said they would revert back to me shortly, I am still waititng.</p> <p>This is so frustrating , the status of my parcel says "contact not available". How am I not available when he was asked to wait for 5mins?</p>
