Putrid service

I have been waiting for my new device which Telkom had outsourced to Courierit to deliver for over 2 months. Every time I receive a call from this company advising that they will deliver the next day but to no avail. On more that two occasions I made arrangements to be at the delivery address but nobody delivers anything. They have a tracking tool which shows where the package is. On this tool it is annotated that they attempted to call me on the day of delivery but I received no call. When I call in to speak to an agent I get the same story. They say they will be delivering the next day but nothing. The service received from this company is pathetic to say the least. I still don’t have my device and I’m not sure I will ever receive it. I have complained numerous times but nothing is done. I complained to Telkom and they say they cannot change the company which delivers. It is most frustrating that customers have to receive this putrid service.
