Poor Service rendered

Received an sms to state my parcel was out for delivery Waited the entire day at home for the parcel and it was a NO SHOW!Why offer a tracking service if you guys don't keep to it? Its annoying when you make arrangements and nobody pitches up Take a note from companies like FedEx or even simply takealot who does an amazing job ... Get it together guys
