Poor service not even deserving 1star rating
Courierit service is so bad, I was to get my parcel today and all of a sudden I get an sms saying they were unable to deliver my parcel. It’s not even 14:00 and I didn’t get no call to say they have tried to deliver maybe they are getting lost. Now phoning their lines there’s no answer. I’m so ****ed right now 😡 if it was for me I’d advise companies not to use their services.

07 Dec 2022, 08:58Courierit at it again, I spoke to Mbali Zuke who is supposedly a supervisor there and she’s now ghosting me. Sent numerous emails to her and phone calls that she doesn’t respond to. I still don’t have my parcel
