Poor Service & Missing Parcels

CourierIT is the worst courier company in South Africa. I had a parcel sent from Cape Town on Tuesday 17 September to be delivered in Estcourt KZN. That Tuesday was the last time anyone at CourierIT saw the parcel leaving Cape Town and the tracking has not updated since. No one at any branch can give me feedback about where this parcel is.

Upon calling customer services upwards of 10 times in the last 2 days, and being promised feedback at every turn, I have yet to receive any calls back or new information. The service is poor and the lack of communication and assistance is even worse!

Save yourself the hassle and avoid this courier company at all costs.
