Poor service is ab understatement

I've never experienced such nonsense they run they whatsapp me that the parcel is out for delivery they only gave me a name of the driver no contact details whatsoever and they can't lie and say they couldn't reach me coz I know they have not tried i email called customer service and all but still I haven't received
