POOR SERVICE FROM COURIERIT MIDDELBURG

I ordered adidas sneakers from adidas website on the 2nd June 2022. The order was shipped from Cape town to Courierit Middelburg MP which is where the trouble started. Order AZA***4. I received an sms on the 6 June that the parcel is on its way but to no avail. in the evening I get an sms saying they cannot deliver the parcel. Same thing happens on Tuesday 7th, Wednesday 8th and when I call Cape town head office I am informed that my parcel was delivered to a Patrick without any phone call to find out my whereabouts and also how does a person sign for a parcel if they do not have a waybill number or OTP. I need to be assisted to get my parcel retrieved from who ever they delivered to and get me a new order from adidas.
