POOR SERVICE FROM COURIERIT

Received extremely poor service and when i contact the people involved no one is apologizing to me instead i am served with attitude by Lithea, i have received a quote from them and gave them all the necessary information for the shipment for collections and delivery, they got it wrong, quoted me the incorrect amount.

I had indicated to Lithea Dunbar that i have a credit of R900 for the previous shipment and she told me that she will look into it and get back to me, i made follow-ups by email and also called her on the cellphone, i was just ignored and she never cared to return my emails or call me .

Only now when i tried to call her again she is paying attention to my emails and i have missed my deadline with my client because of her attitude, CourierIT Longmeadow JHB
