Poor Service from Courierit

This is the second incident where i didnt get the greatest service from CourierIT. Firstly the drivers never call to confirm delivery time according to your availability, if a delivery date says Friday, they expect you to wait until 4 for them to deliver not baring in mind people knock off early on specific days, all this could have been avoided they called and asked for my availability, next thing I receive such attitude from a switchboard user called Alicia just because I asked for her last name, mind you the only reason I asked for her last name was to cause the last lady that I spoke to who couldn't get ahold of the driver had promised to get back to me but didn't, I didn't get her name and the second time around I needed to ensure that I get all that is required and yeah, Alica "the only Alicia at CourierIt, will not give my last name" in her response and just transferred me
