Poor service from Courier IT

Extremely poor service from Courier IT!!! I am awaiting an order that should have arrived on 15 July and I have still not receive it!! Customer service assured me that they do not deliver over weekends and yet, when i followed up the status says it has been deliver on a Sunday!! To who??? I surely did not get anything and no seems to know what is going on with my order!!! This level of customer service is shocking, frustrating and unacceptable!!!!
