**** Poor Service from Courier IT Cape Town

Extremely poor service! I understand that issues can occur with delay in cargo coming from Joburg etc. But even 2 days after the cargo delay occurred I am still awaiting my Telkom LTE router. I don't mind waiting for my things, but I can never seem to get through to Customer Service, and even when i phone Reception sometimes it just rings. Everyday when I wanted to track my order via telephone, every consultant said "yes sir its coming today" and I am still waiting!!!! I am fuming, especially when you want to try to escalate or speak to someone in customer support and you hold on till Reception phones and says can i ask them to call you back, I am yet to get that phone call back. Yes i am tracking via the website but the last update has been from 6 30 AM last week Friday, today is Monday still no update at all.
