POOR SERVICE FROM COURIER IT

The service is disgusting they don't phone anyone and once they have tried to deliver they just leave it. I am disgusted with this as i have now missed deadlines because no one know when they are coming and if they miss you no one bothers to tell you stuff is waiting for you. This is now the second time in 3 moths my stuff has not been delivered when the supplier stated it would because courier IT does not seem to care if stuff gets to their client or not. I will never again use this company
