Poor service

I have been waiting for my takealot order since the 8th of october and courierit was supposed to deliver on the 15th of November ut even today they did not deliver.i call them everyday but tgeu sing the same song of escalation and they never get back to me.I want my good before sunset because i have paid for those things with my hard earned money.I WANT MY GOODS.I dont have any airtime to waste anymore being taken from pillar to post.I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED.This is a **** because you took my goods and you don’t want to deliver them to me,where are my goods?I WILL OPEN A CASE OF THEFT BECAUSE I HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THOSE THINGS AND I NEED THEM.i will open a case for you because im slowly sinking intp depression because of the money i have lost
