Poor service (Do they even have my parcel?)

I have had a parcel waiting in JHB for over a week now. While there was a problem with a wrong number, I resolved that by giving them a new number. After repeated calls (phone just rings...), then being cut off, I got to speak to two people. In both cases I ensured they had the correct number. I have not had a convincing answer to my questions. I was given a day when the delivery would take place, but it turned out it never left the warehouse. Their response to emails is shocking. I feel like I am dealing with a ****, but it is just a company that needs to up its game. I will never ask Postnet to use them again. In the meantime, I have a package worth R10 000 sitting out there.....
