Poor service delivery
I've been waiting for my parcel almost 2weeks now, I never received any calls from them but they claiming that they can't find me how for 2 weeks whereas I know I'm waiting for parcel, now I'm almost canceling the deal btwn me and sender, very unprofessional and poor service
