Poor Service Delivery

I’m quite disappointed with Courier It services. My order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 28/04/2023, but the driver went to the wrong site and was given another delivery date of 02/05/2023. However, the delivery was not made on the promised date, nor was I informed of any delay.

Since then, I have been constantly checking the delivery status on their website, but the delivery date keeps getting postponed without any communication from them. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience for me, as I had made arrangements based on the initial delivery date.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication from this company regarding the delays, as well as the failure to deliver on the promised date. This has resulted in wasted time, money, and effort on my part.
