Poor service

I ordered iPhone at @Telkom SA on the 31st of December 2021, it was handed over to @COURIER IT, on the 4th of January 2022 Courier IT didn't deliver my order and they didn't call, i did follow and found out that they returned my order to Telkom. I called telkom and arranged another delivery , yesterday they were supposed to deliver my phone, i called and checked and confirmed that the order is out for delivery and it will be delivered yesterday even on tracking parcel it was showing delivery was scheduled for yesterday. Around 5PM i called Courier IT to check where is my order and i was told its on the way, no one called again and it wasn't delivered yesterday.

Today i checked on tracking parcel and its showing returned to waybill, i called th3m and they said its returned, why i don't know because they didn't call me or call my house number at the gate nor send sms and i gave them my 2 contact details.

I am not happy with the service I am receiving from Courier-IT, i am wasting money and my time calling telkom and Courier IT because of this issue, i am very disappointed in your service. I will never recommend Courier IT to anyone, yohr service is very unprofessional, no calls , no update from your side, i have to call and follow up all the time its very disgusting. Now i have to spend another airtime calling and arranging another delivery which is not fair on my side because you have my address and 2 contact details, how hard is it to deliver my order? Your service sucks .
