Poor service by courierit

I bought sneakers from adidas, they use courierit to deliver my parcel, it’s been 3 days now they are busy loading my parcel to a truck but not delivered and telling me the driver had too much deliveries, today which is the 11/12/2024 This morning I called them to enquire about my parcel, you 1st stay half an hour on the line while they are busy directing my call. they confirmed that the driver will deliver today. At 17h00 I called them and they said the driver is 15mins away from my house till now no feedback or an apology they are quite. I wish adidas could find another delivery company cause I will stop purchasing from them if the using Courierit
