poor service

these guys where supposed to deliver a Telkom sim card, after 2 weeks of getting sms's from them stating "oops delivery could not be done", they finally came, I didnt have my proof of residence with me so they said "we will see you tomorrow". I then the next day got a call from this company and they lady on the line said "we will deliver your sim the next day", it never came to date.

I emailed them requesting information of the branch which handled this package as they instead of delivering it they ended up sending my package back to Telkom, no reply at all, I called this company no one knows what is going on.

Poor performance, poor communication, poor service.

don't waste your time and be aggravated use someone else!
