Poor Service and inconvenient

I had an order from Cell C. I changed my delivery in the morning of the 1st April. No one said anything. Every day I was getting text messages saying my parcel would be delivered. I called everyday from the first and every time they would acknowledge my change of address and promise delivery and half the time they would just cut my calls or transfer me to another line that sends me straight to voice mail. They are not willing to assist at all and are rude. I stayed at home everyday without moving for nothing when I could have been doing other things. Such an inconvenience.
