Poor service and incompetence

I am truly disappointed with the level of service that I have received with CourierIt. I am still currently waiting for a package which was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday(12/12/2023). The package is still not delivered and when using the tracking option there are no further updates, except for an unprofessional response that the driver requires directions. I then called the customer service department whom advised that the driver couldn't deliver due to not having directions. I can't believe that should even be an excuse when CourierIt is a logistics company and it's a basic need to have GPS tools in order to be able to carry out the deliveries. I still need my package. I was advised that I will get the delivery Thursday and still nothing came and still no updates on tracking dashboard. I need to be contacted and advised when my delivery will come. This is a paid service and I am not getting any joy. Truly disappointed.
