Poor service and false adverti*****t

They were supposed to deliver my package yesterday, they didn’t call me , I hade to call and ask what is the delay, they said address issues , I asked why didn’t the driver call me as all drivers call they say they don’t knw but they will write an email and make sure my parcel is delivered today. Today still no communication I called again and they said my parcel is in the cage because of the address as if I didn’t call them yesterday. The even lie that the driver said he tried to call me like I have my call records no 1 from courier it called me instead I called them. They are unprofessional poor service and ****s. They are not the best as they say on their advertising. I’m very disappointed
