Poor service

Poor service. Delivery of my package suppose to be today. Driver just left after 2 missed calls and no call from our security at our complex gate. When I returned the call, the driver was rude and said they left as they cannot get hold of me. Driver missed call at 12:55 and 12:56 and I phoned back at 12:59. NO MISSED CALL FROM OUR COMPLEX SECURITY GATE. Phoned the offices at 13:02 after speaking to the driver and they were just so unhelpful and said I need to wait another day for delivery. Poor poor poor service. Other delivery services tell you exactly what time to expect them and they let you know how they are tracking. Courierit can learn from them. They are wasting their own petrol as they need to do 2 trips for one parcel. Not impressed.
