Poor Service

Very poor service. I have tried calling the number provided on the website, it is just ringing. I have also requested to change my delivery details since friday and today morning via email,still no response. My delivery is scheduled for today...Can someone contact me and let me know what is going on! I don't advise anyone to use this courier and Telkom should stop sending parcels to that courier! it is very hard to get a hold of anyone there!!!!
